  Definitely the best in terms of tax issues with the IRS. He solved several years worth of MAJOR issues which were my fault. It resulted in saving close to $100k in repayment and penalty fees. Jeff takes great care and is very thorough with clients, and it should be noted that he communicates well with said clients throughout the process. Overall, cannot be more grateful for this, and would highly recommend to anyone with IRS issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner!
